60-day returns for unopened items
You have 60 days after delivery to request a return of an unused, unopened item in its original packaging. Keep your order number or proof of purchase.
Start with a message
Contact Cudlina before sending anything back. Include your order number and what you would like help with. If the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. For a damaged, defective or physically broken item, contact us within 72 hours with your order number and clear photos. If eligible, we can arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Commitments shown when an earlier order was placed remain applicable to that order.
